Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced ICU RN for the Tempe Medical Center. This full-time, in-person role requires 1+ year ICU experience, valid RN license in Arizona, and BLS certification. You will administer medications, manage IV therapy, and participate in patient education and care planning.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and a supportive team in a leading Arizona nonprofit healthcare system serving the greater Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• RN license required with BLS certification.
• 1+ years ICU or acute care experience required.
• BSN must be completed within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience.
• Arizona RN license on hire required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and Code of Ethics.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy and monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and revise patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and home care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
