Job summary

AdventHealth in Castle Rock, Colorado, seeks an RN to provide comprehensive patient care on a full-time basis. You will assess, plan, administer medications, educate families, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate’s in Nursing with BLS certification; a BSN is preferred. Experience in acute care and strong communication are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• RN license required (Registered Nurse).
• BSN preferred for clinical ladder and advancement.
• One year acute care experience preferred.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and spiritual factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with regular evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate care with medical staff and departments.
• Document patient information and outcomes accurately.
• Evaluate care plans to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
