UP Health System - Marquette is seeking an ICU RN to join our team. This full-time position offers 0.9 FTE or 72 hours per pay period with 6 x 12-hour night shifts 7p–7a, rotating weekends and holidays. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available to well-qualified applicants.

As part of Lifepoint Health, we care for ICU and IMCU patients in a level 2 trauma center with open heart, neuro surgery, and interventional procedures. Excellent care, teamwork and ongoing education are valued here.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license in good standing.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration and treatments.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Collaborates across disciplines for transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Provides education to patient and family tailored to age and condition.
• Advocates for the patient's physical and emotional well-being.
