Corewell Health is seeking an experienced RN to join the Intensive Care Unit A at Lakeland Hospital in Niles, MI. You will provide professional nursing care to adult ICU and PCU patients, including those requiring ventilator support and complex monitoring, following the nursing process.

The role features a night shift, 36 hours per week, with every-other weekend, and a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for external candidates. Michigan license required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Michigan (RN).
• Associates in Nursing or higher; Bachelors preferred within 5 years.
• Active NCLEX licensure; BLS/ACLS/NIHSS within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care in ICU/PCU using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patient care.
• Collaborate with the care team and engage patients and families.
