Job summary

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an experienced RN for ICU night shift. The RN delivers direct patient care, performs assessments, and collaborates with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN licensure required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS required.
• ALS, PALS and TEAM within 6 months of employment required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 3 months of employment.
• Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The RN has multiple roles including caregiver, decision-maker, advocate, manager, rehabilitator, comforter, communicator, and teacher.
• Assess nursing needs, initiate care, implement the plan, and evaluate outcomes using the nursing process.
• Follow Standards of Practice to ensure competent, safe, and professional care.
• Promote dignity and quality of nursing care for the patient.
