Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• BLS required.
• ALS, PALS and TEAM (de-escalation) required within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and initiate and evaluate the plan of care.
• Provide patient advocacy, education, and maintain professional practice standards.
• Deliver dignified, safe nursing care and communicate with the care team.
• Perform multiple roles as caregiver, decision-maker, educator, and coordinator within the nursing process.
