Job summary

Responsibilities

• Constructs and implements the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill for ICU patients.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary plan of care and discharge planning.
• Performs hourly rounds to strengthen nurse communication, safety, and patient comfort.
• Supports Patient Centered Care delivery and informs families about policies and visitation.
• Demonstrates professionalism and leadership within the healthcare team.
