Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Centennial in Frisco, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit. This role emphasizes high-acuity patient care with 12-hour night shifts and opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive leadership team.

The ICU team provides care across nephrology, neurology, endocrinology, geriatrics, surgical, medical, cardiology, pulmonology, trauma and GI populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
• RN licensure (TX) required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Mentor and support team members to promote learning and continuous improvement
