Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required.
• ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and identify needs.
• Initiate nursing interventions and document medical necessity.
• Develop and revise interdisciplinary care plans.
• Document plan of care and clinical treatments accurately.
• Collaborate across disciplines for transfers, discharges, and referrals.
