Job summary

Saline Memorial Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ICU team on the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). You will assess patients, implement nursing interventions, document care, and contribute to an interdisciplinary care plan in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, a BSN, and BLS. ACLS/PALS are preferred, with ICU experience preferred. Join a dedicated team committed to high-quality patient care in Benton, Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license and a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• One year of ICU experience preferred; ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Initiates nursing interventions and provides age-appropriate care.
• Documents care and medical necessity in the medical record.
• Maintains and revises the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Attends to QI assessments and communicates patient status to team.
• Administers medications and performs clinical treatments as needed.
• Assists with daily living activities and coordinates transfers/discharges.
• Advocates for physical and emotional well being of patients.
