Job summary

Adventist Health Castle in Kailua, HI is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time night shift to deliver coordinated nursing care and supervise staff in the Medical ICU 1. This role emphasizes patient safety, evidence-based practice, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• CPR or BLS certification required per AH policy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AH policy is required.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale is required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes patient data to develop and implement a care plan.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide safe, healing care.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates and coordinates duties of the healthcare team.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
