Azza HealthCare Agency seeks an experienced ICU nurse for a 12-bed medical/surgical ICU in a community hospital in Illinois. The role involves direct patient care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.

You will contribute to family-centered care, educate patients on illness management and medications, and participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities while maintaining ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RN licensure required.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with professionalism.

Responsibilities
