Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• 1 year acute inpatient hospital RN experience.
• Excellent communication skills (English).
• Knowledge of medical procedures and hospital policies.
• Committed to excellence in patient care and customer service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to provide therapeutic care to patients.
• Coordinate patient care and education for patient and family.
• Perform Nursing Assessments at admission, each shift, and with changes in condition.
• Develop and update plans of care with individualized interventions.
• Administer medications and IV therapy following policy and order.

Skills

Acute inpatient RN experience
