Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required or grandfathered if hired before policy date.
• 1 year of acute inpatient hospital experience in the United States as a licensed RN is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and IV therapy per policy.
• Performs nursing assessments at admission, shift changes, and changes in condition.
• Develops and updates individualized care plans with measurable outcomes.
• Provides patient and family education and discharge planning in collaboration with the care team.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
