Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year acute inpatient hospital experience requested.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using Nursing Process and acuity assessments.
• Develop and update Plans of Care with individualized interventions.
• Administer medications and IV therapy per policy.
• Collaborate with Case Manager for discharge planning and paperwork.
• Document thoroughly on all required flow sheets and records.
