Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, IL. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers ready to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.

Full-time, days, 7am-7pm. State licensure required; BLS required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Coordinate and deliver nursing care with the Med/Surg team.
• Support quality outcomes and patient safety through evidence-based practices.
