This role emphasizes coordinating and performing hands-on acute patient care at the bedside during night shifts and weekends, with a 36-hour weekly schedule. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers with strong critical care experience and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; eligible for licensure in state of practice.
• BSN is preferred.
• Critical Care nursing experience preferred.
• RN license in state of practice required; multi-state licensure allowed per rules.
• BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP required based on patient population.
• CCRN and CEN certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside acute care in the ICU.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes.
• Uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards.
