Job summary

Intermountain Health in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care on the night shift. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process, with collaboration from an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS, and BSN may be required within four years for newer hires; a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days of start date.
• BSN required for new hires; those without BSN must obtain within 4 years of hire.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using the nursing process (physical, social, psychological).
• Plan individualized care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate care with interdisciplinary team; educate as needed.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans; document outcomes with accuracy.
