Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: performs comprehensive assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: develop individualized care plan with patient, family and team involvement.
• Implement: coordinate and delegate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate: reassess and revise the plan based on outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Professionalism: adhere to ethical and regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation.
