Job summary

Rutherford Regional Health System, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an ICU RN for night shifts (7p–7a), 3×12 hours per week with rotating weekends. You’ll provide critical care, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered outcomes.

Eligibility includes NC RN license, 1–2 years ICU experience, and an Associate Degree in Nursing; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. A commitment bonus program is offered with structured benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of ICU experience required.
• Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state license).
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer patient care including medications, specimens, and treatments.
• Document patient care and monitor patient condition for the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and coordinate care with other disciplines.
