Job summary

As an RN, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, collaborate with the healthcare team, mentor others, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment while upholding TMH policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Two years RN experience is preferred.
• Licensed as an RN in Florida.
• BLS/CPR certification from AHA is required.
• Other life support requirements may be designated by work area.

Responsibilities

• Provide care through collaboration with healthcare team members and the autonomous application of the nursing process.
• Leads, mentors, and role models for other members of the healthcare team.
• Coordinates and delegates care in a safe, secure, clean environment.
• Respect patients' rights, dignity, values, confidentiality, and expressed needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and information technologies to provide comfort, relieve pain and alleviate anxiety.
