Qualifications

• Requires graduation from an accredited BSN program.
• Registered nurses must have NC licensure and BLS.
• Ability to lead and collaborate in a clinical ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide advanced nursing care per Nursing Ladder guidelines.
• Provide local level leadership in administration, education, informatics and quality.
• Identify care needs across the patient continuum.
• Lead standards of care and staff education with the multidisciplinary team.
• Support performance reviews and personnel actions as needed.
