Duke Health is seeking a New Grad or Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the DMP 7w CTICU in Durham, NC. Roles include independent nursing care planning, collaboration with physicians, and leadership within the unit.

Candidates must have a BSN and NC RN licensure, with 12 months of clinical experience; BLS required. The role features a 12-hour D/N rotation, weekend/holiday coverage, and relocation assistance if eligible.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited BSN program.
• Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. BLS required.
• Twelve months of appropriate clinical experience is required.
• BSN program requirement exceptions for certain hires and timelines are described.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Act as team leader or charge nurse for a group of patients or an entire unit.
• Monitor and initiate corrective action to maintain the environment of care.
• Participate in own professional development and seek educational offerings.
• Act as preceptor and support development of staff and learners.
• Identify clinical or operational performance improvement opportunities.
