Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and provide nursing care.
• Plan and document care, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching.
• Prepare patients for treatments and communicate changes to physicians.
• Reassess and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide bedside shift reports for continuity of care.
