Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• RN hired after July 1, 2013 with an Associate or Diploma must enroll in accredited BSN within 2 years and obtain BSN within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver age-appropriate care, focusing on physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs.
• Provide patient/family centered care, health teaching and promotion, and evaluation of goals and interventions.
• Promote leadership, professional development, and adherence to standards of care.
