Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in SC or a compact state.
• BSN preferred; nurses hired after 2013 must enroll in BSN within two years and complete BSN within four years.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Direct and lead other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care.
• Deliver patient/family centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment with privacy and professional conduct.
• Engage in shared governance and adherence to standards of care, supporting professional development and accountability.
