Jobot is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our high-acuity inpatient team in Tyler, TX. The role emphasizes critical thinking, independent judgment, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ICUs, ACLS/BLS, and proficient EHR documentation. This full-time, on-site position supports onboarding, credentialing, and professional growth in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years ICU RN experience in a high-volume, acute care setting.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
• Strong patient and family education, delegation, and team collaboration.
• Experience titrating IV drips and rapid stabilization.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and escalate as needed.
• Document complex clinical care in the EHR.
• Titrate IV drips and manage acute stabilization.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and management to ensure care quality.
• Delegate tasks to nursing assistants per competencies.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain a safe, clean environment.
