Job summary

Baldwin Health in Foley, AL is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care unit on a full-time, weekday schedule. You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and staff, and respond to emergencies with CPR and code team support.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care required.
• Active RN state licensure required.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Collaborates to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities.
• Documents patient care and education in the medical record.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards.
