Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care following nursing process and policy
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings; reports changes to care team
• Administers prescribed medications; monitors for side effects and documents administration
• Collaborates with physicians and nurses to develop and evaluate care plans
• Responds to emergencies; participates in CPR and code team activities as needed
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
• Maintains infection control protocols and safe environment; participates in audits
• Documents care thoroughly in the medical record and supports performance improvement
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with all policies and standards
• Critical Care RN tasks include managing ventilators, IV pumps, and life-support devices
