Job summary

Medical Center Enterprise in Enterprise, AL is seeking an ICU RN to provide patient-centered care in the ICU. The role includes coordinating care, administering medications, and using the nursing process to respond to changes in patient condition during the 7pm–7am 3x12s night shift.

You will monitor ventilators and monitors, participate in code team activities, educate patients and families, and support safety and infection control. 0–2 years of acute care experience is required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• Compassionate patient care with strong clinical assessment skills.
• Proficiency with medications, monitoring, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Assess patients thoroughly and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and care at discharge.
