Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an ICU RN for day and night rotation. This onsite, full-time role offers 72 hours per pay period and a pay range of $35.29–$54.71 per hour, depending on experience.

You will deliver direct ICU patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes, and participate in ongoing education and precepting for new staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• Minimum 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; BLS valid through hire date extension.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in the ICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.
• Models wellness and evidence-based practice.
• Precepts new staff and supports orientation at UCHealth.
