Job summary

Novant Health's Medical ICU is hiring a Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate the care of critically ill patients in a high-acuity unit. You will work with physicians, bedside nurses, and support staff to develop, implement and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient and their family.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, active RN licensure, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state (active).
• One year of relevant nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team to implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to promote optimal health and compassionate care.
