Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; current RN licensure.
• High School Diploma or GED required; BSN preferred.
• One year of ICU experience preferred.
• ENPC, TNCC or CEN preferred; NC curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare team and establish an authentic patient-centered relationship.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to assess and plan care.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Promote optimal health and patient safety guided by evidence and compassion.
