Job summary

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for ICU with a day shift. The role requires Maryland RN licensure, BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and preferably ACLS. Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Coordinate multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions in real time and document communications with the medical team.
• Develop and manage comprehensive discharge plans for safe hospital-to-home transitions.
