Qualifications

• Qualified RN licensed in Georgia or eligible for licensure in Georgia
• ACLS and BLS certifications required at hire or within specified timeframes
• RN in Critical Care with knowledge of evidence-based practice and patient safety

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process in an evidence-based, individualized plan of care
• Provide patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity and family involvement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and nursing leadership to ensure safety and quality care
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
