AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer treatments with a focus on whole-person health and safety.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications, and an associate degree in nursing. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and acute care experience is valued. Join our team delivering high-quality care on a day shift.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or higher is required.
• RN license in Florida is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• 1+ year in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychological, and sociocultural dimensions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; reassess and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
