Mercy Health – Youngstown seeks an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high‑quality care for critically ill patients at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care with a collaborative team, ensuring safety and evidence-based practice.

The role requires 1 year of RN experience, BSN preferred, and current RN licensure. BLS/ACLS/PALS requirements are noted with a 6‑month onboarding window.

Qualifications

• RN state licensure required.
• 1 year RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in ICU/Med/Surg/CCU preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS sought or will be provided within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments; create a plan of care.
• Implement treatment and evaluate effectiveness; adjust as needed.
• Administer medications safely per state practice and policies.
• Perform duties as assigned to ensure patient safety and quality care.
