Job summary

• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for adverse effects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per policies and protocols.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document results.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in life-saving interventions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
