Job summary

136 Aurora Medical Center Grafton LLC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit. The role offers 36 hours per week with a night shift (1900-0700); partial FTE options (.6 or .9) and a rotating day/night schedule over a 6-week period.

Weekend coverage required, with rotating holidays and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. Applicants should have completed an accredited nursing program, hold a valid RN license for the state, and possess BLS and ACLS certifications or

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
Apply evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to support patient safety and experience.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care in the ICU.
