Job summary

EGA Associates, LLC invites applications for RN across ICU, PACU, PCU, Cath Lab, and Bronchoscopy specialties. This opportunity targets skilled RNs with critical care experience and a commitment to high-quality patient-focused care across multiple departments.

Ideal candidates will be licensed as RNs in any state and possess strong clinical documentation, communication, and teamwork abilities, with orientation that includes VA system training.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in any state.
• 2 years experience in Critical Care Nursing (within the past 5 years)
• Clinical competency in acute and long-term care settings.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation. (Trainings on VA systems will be provided during 2-day orientation prior to official start.)
• Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard patient safety and confidentiality while following Joint Commission and VA guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop interdisciplinary care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, document in EMR, and coordinate admissions/discharges.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments, IV management, medication administration, and wound care.
• Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care, suctioning, and post-procedure care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and care plans.
• Oversee LPNs and Nursing Assistants; conduct one-to-one and virtual observations.
