EASTERN HEALTHCARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct nursing care for residents, including ICU-level monitoring and ventilator support. The RN will supervise nursing staff and ensure evidence-based practice while maintaining quality care.

The role emphasizes handling ventilator-dependent residents, coordinating with physicians and therapists, and documenting patient responses in medical records. A valid RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in ICU/critical care settings preferred.
• Ventilator-dependent patient care experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for residents requiring mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and document effectively.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed and ensure infection control standards.
