Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a dedicated RN for the Intensive Care Unit in our California facilities. The role requires high-level nursing care for critically ill patients, with continuous monitoring and advanced interventions to stabilize and support recovery.

Responsibilities include ventilator management, IV therapy, medication administration, and collaborative care with physicians and the multidisciplinary team. BLS/ACLS are required; CCRN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice (Required).
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred.

• Performs comprehensive assessments and continuously monitors critically ill patients.
• Monitors vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygen levels, and other critical parameters.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
• Manages and monitors ventilators and other critical care equipment within nursing scope.
• Recognizes and responds promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Provides education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.

Education & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN license in state of practice (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (Required)
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification (Preferred)
