Monrovia Memorial Hospital in Monrovia, CA is seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for critically ill patients. This full-time role requires a California RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications, with CCU experience either as a CCU certificate or years in CCU.

You will collaborate with physicians and the nursing team to deliver safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced ICU environment and participate in discharge planning and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of California.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification with updates.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Critical Care Unit with Critical Care Certificate OR two years in CCU.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver care to critically ill patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Supervise nursing care provided to patients by other staff; coordinate care with patient, family and team.
• Communicate clinical changes with physicians and team; participate in discharge planning.
