Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit to provide comprehensive care to critically ill adults requiring continuous monitoring and life support. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.

The role requires an RN license in the state of practice, and BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred candidates have 1-2 years of CCU or med-surg experience and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• 1-2 years of critical care or med-surg experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice; BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Performs continuous assessment and monitoring of critically ill patients, including hemodynamic and ventilator management.
• Administers medications, titrates vasoactive drips, and manages complex treatment plans per physician orders.
• Responds to emergent changes in patient condition, including cardiac and respiratory arrest.
• Collaborates with physicians, respiratory therapy, and other disciplines on plan of care.
• Provides education and emotional support to patients and families during critical illness.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and patient response in the EMR.
