Job summary

Intercare Recruitment is seeking experienced Critical Care / ICU Registered Nurses to join healthcare facilities across the United States. The ICU RN will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and medically complex patients requiring close monitoring and advanced interventions. The role requires a U.S.

RN license, at least 2 years bedside experience, and ICU experience preferred. You will work with physicians and healthcare teams, document accurately, and be prepared for shifts,

Qualifications

• Current US RN license or eligibility.
• At least 2 years of bedside nursing experience.
• Recent ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple critically ill patients in high-acuity settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Continuously monitor vital signs and clinical status.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapies and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
• Participate in emergency response and resuscitation activities.
