LanceSoft is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) in Hudson, Florida for a full-time, nights position with rotating weekends. The ICU nurse will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality documentation and patient education.

Florida RN license or compact license is required, with certifications per policy. Ideal candidates hold an ASN or Nursing Diploma, have 1+ year ICU experience, and demonstrate strong critical

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or valid compact license
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience
• Prior acute care nursing experience strongly required
• Current AHA BLS
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
• NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to read and follow written/verbal instructions
• Basic computer/documentation skills

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and test results
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatments, and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for optimal outcomes
• Utilize critical thinking in emergency/high-acuity situations
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
