Job summary

Lancesoft seeks an ICU-trained RN to provide specialized care for critically ill cardiac surgery patients in a CSICU setting. The role requires Florida RN license or a compact license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months. BSN preferred; CCRN is a plus. Full-time night shifts with rotating weekends offered.

Sign-on bonuses are available, with relocation assistance may be provided. Competitive hourly pay with specialty, night, and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• 1+ year ICU or PCU acute care experience.
• Florida RN license or compact license is required.
• BLS required; ACLS within 6 months.
• BSN preferred; CCRN preferred within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized ICU care for critically ill cardiac surgery patients.
• Monitor patients, perform rapid assessments, and execute advanced critical care interventions in a high-acuity CSICU.
