Qualifications

• 1 year of recent acute care ICU/ER/CVICU experience within last 3 years (PCU/IMCU acceptable with 2 years total).
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate license.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred; CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients and families, protecting privacy.
• Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment instructions.
• Provide high-quality care with a focus on continuous improvement.
