Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the United States. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes.

Compensation includes an hourly pay range of $33.00–$46.00 with sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for Days and up to $15,000 for Nights, relocation assistance, a comprehensive benefits package,

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida or a compact license.
• ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience.
• Experience in MICU, SICU, or CSU accepted.
• Acute Care experience required.
• Current BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire
• NIHSS Certification within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient responses and report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and medications.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
