LanceSoft is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU/CVICU experience for a full-time role in Sanford, FL. You will deliver high-quality critical care in a fast-paced acute setting, reporting to the ICU Nurse Manager.

Ideal candidates are confident, team-oriented, and committed to compassionate, patient-centered care. Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights) with sign-on bonuses up to $20,000 and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Qualificações

• Recent ICU experience in an acute care setting (minimum 1 year).
• Active Florida RN license or compact RN license.
• Florida license required within 60 days of relocation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct patient care and perform comprehensive clinical assessments in ICU/CVICU settings.
• Develop and execute individualized care plans with autonomy.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to critical situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EHR.
